2) Why should I use the Counselling Service?

Counselling is used for very many reasons: to allow you to share feelings and difficulties in confidence and without feeling judged; to help you make important decisions, build your confidence and self-esteem; to help you deal with stress, fears and anxieties; to explore how past events may be affecting the present and to help you learn how to improve relationships.
